MediaHub Main User Interface
When opening MediaHub you will be introduced by the screen below, in which you can browse your assets.
- Here you can see the folders tree and navigate to a specific folder or file. You can also see the recent files (not folders) you upload, and recently deleted files.
- This is the main file explorer of MediaHub. You can use is to navigate to your desired path, and the graphic assets themselves will be shown here.
- New button: allow you to create new folders inside MediaHub, and to upload existing folders and files from your machine to MediaHub.
- Content search: you can search for assets as well as folders.
Tips
By choosing an asset in MediaHub and pressing the Spacebar (Space) a preview of the asset will popup. Choose several files: press Ctrl + click on the needful files; to choose a big range of files press Shift and click the first and the latest file,- the range within these files will be captured.
Asset Details
On MediaHub main page you can search and select any asset that is stored in MediaHub.
When selecting an asset, you can open its Details panel where you can see additional metadata of the asset, such as: Create and Modify dates, expiry date (if any), resolution and much more.
To open the detail panel select an asset and click on on the right
Example

The first example the asset is a video, and the second is an image.
You can also see the marked in the first image.
Search Page
As you begin typing into the search bar, a dynamic list of matching folders and files will appear below. Each result includes the item’s thumbnail, name, and its full folder path, making it easier to understand where it is located.
You can either click on a specific item from the list to open it directly, or press Enter without selecting anything to open the Search Page. There, you'll see the complete list of matching items along with their paths, allowing you to quickly locate and access the content you need.
Trash Management
Drag Items from Trash
This feature allows users to manually drag items from the Trash and drop them into any desired location within the MediaHub file structure. It's particularly useful when the original folder is no longer available or relevant.
How to use
- Open the
Trash
section. - Locate the item you want to restore.
- Drag the item and drop it into the desired folder in the sidebar.
Restore to the Original Folder
This option allows users to restore deleted items to their original folder. If the original folder no longer exists, a folder with the same name will be created, and the item will be placed there.
How to use
- Open the
Trash
section. - Right-click the item you want to restore.
- Select
Restore
.
Additional Actions with Deleted Items
In the Trash
section, you can also:
- Download an item before restoring or deleting it.
- Permanently delete an individual item.

Clear Trash to permanently delete all items at once.
Note
Once cleared, deleted items cannot be recovered.
MediaHub settings
To access MediaHub settings click on the at the top right.
Meta Tags
Go to the MediaHub settings → Meta → you may create the Meta Tags for your files here:
- Press '+' to add new meta tag.
- Press 'Modify' to change Meta Tag's name.
- Press 'x' to delete the chosen Meta Tag.
Press 'Save Meta Settings' in the top right to save your work with Meta Tags.
