Search in Media Hub Doesn't Work After Upgrade
If you are experiencing issues with the Search bar within Media Hub, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
Step 1: Uninstall Elastic Search
- Navigate to the Apps -> Installed Apps on your machine.
- Locate Elasticsearch in the list of applications.
- Uninstall Elastic Search.
Step 2: Reinstall Media Hub
- Launch the Media Hub installer, you may download it from our Products section in the Portal.
- Follow the installation instructions provided by the installer.
Step 3: Reindex Search
- Open Media Hub in your browser of choice.
- Click the ‘Settings’ button located at the top right of the screen.
- In the ‘Dashboard’ section, you will find the ‘Admin’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Reindex Search’.
