Installing Erizos License

Download your License at our Portal. To access our Portal you need an account. Please contact our support team at support@erizos.tv to get your account.

Tip

Please make sure to install the Erizos License FIRST before installing Erizos Studio and Erizos Plugins to avoid problems. For Troubleshooting License problems please proceed to the Troubleshooting Page

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free installation process, we have pre-configured our installers to automatically create a firewall exception. Unreal Engine plugin hasn't got this exception yet.

Step 1: Download and Run Erizos License installer

Download the License at our Portal and launch the installation file (.exe).

Step 2: Read our End User License Agreement (EULA)

Read our EULA and click Accept to proceed or Cancel to close the launcher.

Step 3: Finish the Installation process

Click Finish to finish the installation.

Step 4: Check if the Erizos Studio License is updated

Open Erizos Studio and check if your License is updated by clicking the green check Icon at the bottom right corner of the UI. you can also check the directory where the License is installed (C:\ProgramData\Erizos\Licenses)
