Common issues and Troubleshooting

Nothing happens when sending commmands to Unreal Engine

If graphics are not triggered when sending commands to Unreal Engine please check the following:

  1. There is a network connection between the Erizos Studio Server and the Unreal Engine
  2. The Unreal Engine is configured in the active profile
  3. There is a valid license for Erizos Unreal Engine Plugins on the Unreal Engine machine.
