No preview machine available

When attempting to import templates, the following error message appears:
No preview machine is available for system ‘UNREAL ENGINE’ (or other system).
To overcome this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Renderer Configuration: go to Settings → Renderers and ensure that Unreal Engine/Pixotope is correctly configured and activated.
  2. Check Local Preview Settings: navigate to Settings → Live Local Preview and confirm that the required engines are enabled.
  3. For Browser Version Users: go to Settings → Remote Preview and configure the appropriate renderer.
  4. When importing graphics, select Unreal Engine/Pixotope as the system.
  5. If the Issue Persists:
    • Restart the system and verify all configurations.
    • Check for any missing dependencies in Settings.
    • Contact Erizos Support, providing details about the error message and system setup.
