Common issues and Troubleshooting
MediaHub cannot save settings.
While you are trying to change MediaHub settings, you click on Save Settings and an error message pops up.
This might be because the MediaHub service is not running with admin privileges.
To grant MediaHub admin privileges:

Open Windows Administrative Tools and choose "Services".

Stop the Erizos Mediahub service by a right click and clicking stop or by selecting the service and clicking on Stop the service on the left.

Open service Properties: right clicking on the service and select Properties, under p properties select the Log On tab

Change the service user account to the target user account that has local admin permissions.

Restart the Erizos MediaHub service.
