Managing Levels Display for UE projects

When working on large Unreal Engine projects with many levels, it can be challenging to manage and find specific levels.
By using the Show Exposed Levels feature and configuring level exposure in the Unreal Engine project settings, you can limit the display to only the levels that are essential, improving workflow efficiency and reducing clutter in the Templates Manager.

Steps to Manage Levels Display:

  1. Define the levels of the UE project that are exposed for display in the Templates Manager:
    • Open your Unreal Engine Project.
    • Go to Project Settings. Project Settings
    • In the left-hand menu, scroll down to Plugins → Erizos. Plugins-Erizos
    • Locate the section where you can configure level exposure. Exposed Levels
    • Select the levels you want to be shown in the Templates Manager. Select Exposed Levels
  2. Open Erizos Studio and navigate to the Templates Manager section.
  3. In the Templates Manager, select Unreal Engine, click the Filter icon, choose Show Exposed, and select the desired project. You will then see a list of Levels that have been marked as Exposed Levels in Unreal Engine. Show Exposed Option
