AsRun
The AsRun feature provides users with a detailed log of broadcast events, allowing you to track aired content after transmission. Scheduled Filter Sets
System-Level Scheduled Reports
(Settings → General → AsRun)
Note
The schedule itself is defined globally in Settings → General → AsRun.
Only filters in Admin → AsRun that have the Scheduled toggle enabled are executed when the schedule triggers.
Use this feature when you need automatic periodic CSV reports containing:
Time, Show, Page Name, Action, Profile, Channel.
Navigate to: Studio → Settings → General → AsRun.
Configure:
- AsRun – toggle ON
- Folder Path – target folder for CSV files
- Schedule Editor – set frequency
(year / month / week / day / hour / minute) - Days to keep AsRun reports – number of days to keep files
This generates CSV files for all scheduled filters created in Admin → AsRun at each scheduled interval.
User-Defined Scheduled Filters
(Admin → AsRun)
To enable automatic execution, a filter must have the Scheduled option enabled.
Note
Filters without this option are never executed automatically.
Configure:
Right-click the filter and select Schedule to enable or disable scheduling for the filter set.
Adjust the filter configuration as required, then click Save in the Filters List tab.
From this tab, you can also Duplicate, Rename, or Delete the filter set.
Use Admin → AsRun → Filters when you need:
- a custom filter
- manual CSV download
- logs for today or past days
- saved reusable filters
- optional scheduled execution tied to the global system schedule
Note
AsRun reports can be generated only for a single selected day. Selecting a date range (from–to dates) is not currently supported.
Important behavior
When the system schedule triggers:
- AsRun checks all filters in Admin that have the Scheduled flag enabled.
- It generates one CSV file per scheduled filter.
- All files are saved to the specified folder.
