Cache is being wiped when Erizos Studio is restarted
If you have encountered an issue where the Cache is being cleared when you restart Erizos Studio. this may be because the Agent undergoes a cache folder scan during startup, and it compare its contents to cache.json. It's possible that cache.json
isn't saved due to administrative or non-administrative rights.
To fix this, please check the permissions of Erizos Studio Agent. Alternatively, you can delete the Cached data and restart the Agent.
To check for the Cached data:
The Built-in Agent within Studio cached data is stored at:
C:/ProgramData/Erizos/Studio/Agent
Meanwhile, the Regular Agent caches data is stored at:
C:/ProgramData/Erizos/Agent
