Exporting Shows

To export a show simply click on the desired show to export in the Show Manager, the selected show will be highlighted in blue, and click on the export button: .

Enhanced Export Options

In the extended Export Show feature you will see a new subsection called Shows Export.

This section includes the following:

1. Show Name – name of the show to be exported.
2. Playlists – click the field to open a dropdown of available playlists in the selected show. Select all or only the ones you need.
3. MOS Pages - turn the toggle On to export all the MOS pages associated with this Show's playlists.
4. User Interfaces - UIs created for the pages in the selected playlists.
5. Data Feeds and Sources – any feeds and sources used in the selected pages' UIs.

After selecting the desired items, click Export. The export will be saved in your Downloads folder as an .ezshow file - an archive containing the show and its selected contents. By default, the exported file is named using the show name followed by the date and time of export.

Note

By default, the export always includes:
- the Show itself (it may be empty, i.e., contain no content),
- Templates (if any are present).
In addition, it includes everything you select manually:
- Playlists,
- MOS Pages,
- User Interfaces,
- Data Feeds and Sources.
These items may be included fully, partially, or not at all, depending on your selection during the export process.
